Maintenance Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Casa Maria Health Care Center Casa Maria Health Care Center is a 118 bed skilled nursing facility. We are located at 1601 S Main St Roswell NM 88203. Responsible for managing the maintenance
service and repairs in the areas of plumbing,
carpentry, painting, plastering, machine
servicing, or electrical servicing to the
organization.s facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
